Hi everyone, I am sharing with you my recipe on how to make a "kape ube-halaya" drink, I am sure you will love this Filipino flavor coffee concoction.
Kape-Ube Halaya drink (Coffee Concoction)
Ingredient:
200ml Cold Brewed Coffee
60g of Coffee Jelly
100-120ml of Home-made Milk Cream
120ml Ube Halaya Sauce
ice cubes
Technique: Build Method
Garnish/Toppings: Whipping Cream (optional)
Glass: You can use any of the following tumbler glass:
Extra-size Pilsner glass
Collins glass
Zombie glass
Granite glass
(note: it is good to use glass that can hold 500ml to 600ml of liquid)
First, put the ice cubes in a tumbler glass, what I am using is a huge pilsner glass that can hold up to approximately 650ml of liquid.
So be familiarized with the types of glasses that you are using.
There are glasses that can be substituted for the glass that I am using such as the granite glass, zombie glass, or any collins glass.
Since the technique is a build method, just add all the ingredients in chronological order:
200ml Cold Brewed Coffee
60g of Coffee Jelly
100-120ml of Home-made Milk Cream
120ml Ube Halaya Sauce
